At House of K'dor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
